This Privacy Policy explains how Eric Henry, Insurance Agent (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit https://insuredwitheric.com (the “Site”), contact us, or request an insurance quote. The Site is operated by Eric Henry, a licensed insurance producer in Tennessee (NPN 3953606) affiliated with Hutsenpiller Insurance. Eric is an independent agent who works with multiple insurance carriers to serve clients in Middle Tennessee.

Information we collect

Information you give us on this Site

When you use the contact form or the quote request form on this Site, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your mailing or property address
  • The type of insurance you’re interested in
  • Anything you write in the message field

Please don’t send Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, health details, or other sensitive information through the website forms. If we need that kind of information to complete a quote or application, we’ll ask for it through a more appropriate channel.

The online quote form (insuranceform.app)

Our “Start my quote” links open an online quote form hosted by insuranceform.app, a third-party service. That form may ask for more detailed information needed to quote insurance, such as dates of birth, driver and vehicle details, property details, current coverage, and claims history. Information you enter there is collected and stored by that provider on our behalf and sent to us. The provider’s own privacy policy and terms also apply to your use of that form, so we encourage you to review them.

Calls, texts, and email

If you call, text, or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to share. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to texts. We use this information to respond to you and to help with your insurance needs.

Scheduling

If you book a call through our scheduling page, the booking is handled by Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, which collects the details you enter (such as your name, email, and preferred time) under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site and its hosting provider automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This information helps us keep the Site secure and working properly.

As an independent agent, Eric shops coverage with more than one insurance company. To get you a quote or place coverage, we share the information you provide with:

  • Insurance carriers we work with, so they can quote, underwrite, and issue coverage. Carriers may use the information under their own privacy policies, which can include checking consumer reports, motor vehicle records, or claims histories as allowed by law.
  • Hutsenpiller Insurance, the agency Eric is affiliated with, for quoting, policy service, and recordkeeping.
  • Service providers that help us run our business and this Site, such as our website host, the insuranceform.app quote form, email and scheduling tools, spam protection, and analytics, who may use the information only to provide their services to us.
  • Others when required by law, for example to respond to a subpoena, a regulator, or a lawful request, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our clients, ourselves, or others.

If you become a client, you may also receive a separate privacy notice from us, Hutsenpiller Insurance, or your insurance carrier, as required by state and federal law. That notice explains how your nonpublic personal information is handled as part of your policy.

We don’t sell your personal information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Children’s privacy
